4) Always browse your bands for damage.
The last thing that you want when you’re in the middle of an extremely difficult stretch, is for your band to give way, so it’s extremely vital that you carefully ensure that they are in perfect condition. This is going to assure that you won’t have any issues with them ripping or tearing, and will also ensure that you can get a workout in without always being afraid of when the band snaps.
